  1. Please explain! It looks yummy. Is it a Chips-Ahoy and yogurt pizza? Or are these two separate recipes? *LOL* I might combine the two. : D

  2. LOL! In my attempt to be "wordless" I made things quite confusing! She
planned a menu of items for the day that included a Chips Ahoy and yogurt
pie, home made pizza, watermelon pops (watermelon cut into shapes with
cookie cutters, put on popsicle sticks, and then frozen) and fruit skewers.
She loves your idea of a Chips-Ahoy and yogurt pizza, though! Maybe
    tomorrow? 8-)

  3. i'll take one with everything

  4. Yum do share the recipe!!! I'm a chip ahoy-holic lol

  5. Rose--your niece will be happy to make one for you :) She loves to cook!

  6. Ruby--we kind of made the recipe up based on this one
    http://familyfun.go.com/recipes/easy-ice-cream-pie-683904/ My daughter
doesn't like any of the ingredients in that recipe, so she brainstormed how
to make it full of Chips-Ahoy (in both the crunchy original style and the

    Our pie crust:
20 original (crunchy) Chips-Ahoy, crumbled in a food processor (but you
could just smash them by hand in a bag) mixed with 1.5 tbsp of melted
butter. Press the crumb/melted butter mixture into a 9" pie pan and bake at
350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let it cool completely before adding the
filling. **We learned the hard way--if the crust is still warm it melts the
filling. Then when you freeze the pie the frozen filling gets icy and
    doesn't taste as good :(

My daughter got an ice cream
her birthday and we used that to make vanilla frozen yogurt mixed with
chocolate chips for the filling. You could buy pre-packaged frozen yogurt or
ice cream and just let it melt enough to be spreadable! Spread the filling
on the cooled cookie crumb crust.

We crumbled Chewy Chips-Ahoy on top. According to my daughter, you can never
    have too many Chips-Ahoy :)

Cover with cling wrap and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours minimum to let
the ingredients freeze/set and then enjoy!

  7. Awesome! sounds easy enough i'll have to try this soon! And your daughters right you can never have too many chips-ahoy lol yummy!
